I have worked with this dealership for 15 years and have watched it go from 5+ stars to 0. The service department is deplorable; they do not communicate and they do not meet the deadlines that they promise. watched it go from 5+ stars to 0. I still love my vehicles but do not have anything positive to say about the individuals in the service department. Our Land Rover was promised to be ready on December 20th and we are still waiting for a call. This was the case on our previous visit also. More
Service unavailable This is the worst run dealership. I have a number of premium cars. Porsche, Audi etc. I will never buy another Range Rover. Basic Maintena This is the worst run dealership. Lack of Professionalism, no communication. Initial experience was problematic when the Service Department would not honor the signed 'We Owe". Claimed the F&I gentleman we worked with was fired Initial experience was problematic when the Service Department would not honor the signed 'We Owe". Claimed the F&I gentleman we worked with was fired and then the Sales Associate quit/fired and the paper work was lost. We had to produce the signed copies and even then we had to escalate to, then GM Ogun Yilmazer, who corrected the issue. We scheduled a 60K service weeks in advance. After one week we were told Service Tech quit/fired and there was no one to service our vehicle. Two weeks later no updates or status on our vehicle. Calls go unanswered. No communication from Service Department. Rosenthal needs to wake up an look into their operations. Perhaps the fact there is a new GM, Richard Grzesiak and Service Manager Dennis Orts who can make this right. More

Car had to be towed 53 miles to Jaguar of Chantill My Jaguar had a coolant problem Saturday afternoon on Rt 81 as I traveled from Georgia to New York. Car had to be towed 53 miles to Jaguar of Chantilly. Dennis in service spent considerable time on the phone on Saturday and left message to service mgr for Sunday. Sunday arrived at dealer a little early to find Leslie Adams handling the matter in a very professional, pleasant manner and had me on my way to spend time with my grandchildren on father's day. The service department did an excellent job and especially Leslie. More

This dealership even has the free shuttle for people who work. Not having to worry about how to get to work and pick up is a big peace of mind! Everyone very friendly. I even like the idea of not being shown other cars to trade in. When I got my car back they had vacuumed and washed it too, they had noticed the months long dirt and grime on it. I don't think other dealers would have gone to that extreme to make sure the customer is happy. More
Took a 2002 Jaguar in to have a pre-delivery inspection and diagnostic done before I purchased the car. The inspection cost $127. First time they found nothing wrong, save for a few minor things and recomm and diagnostic done before I purchased the car. The inspection cost $127. First time they found nothing wrong, save for a few minor things and recommneded I purchase the car. Purchased the car and then check engine light came on so i took it back to Rosenthal to diagnose. After an hour they tell me some incomprehensible xx about how they couldn't even get a code because some $3400 work had to be done. In other words they had no clue what was wrong and even suggested I simply change the oil to a "heavier" one. I then took it to a smaller auto shop who was able to pinpoint the problem in 10 minutes - the catalyctic converter needed to be replaced, among other things. Rosenthal has an incompetent service department who can't even diagnose or repair their own vehicles. The time and money it's going to take to fix this problem will be enormous and inconvenient. More
