From the moment we walked in to Rosenthal Jaguar Tysons - Mo welcomed us, showed their lounge area and said he will have someone to help us within 5 minutes. Reda Habati was with us in under 3 mts and made us feel welcome and was extremely helpful in explaining all F-Pace features, explaining the vehicle in-depth (diesel) during test drive. We couldn't pick-up the car until later in the week but Reda was always available to answer our questions and he even worked on the days he was out in keeping us informed throughout. Overall, a very pleasant experience and we want to thank Reda for his above and beyond customer service, and rest of the team - Tyler, Elcin, and Mo... thank you very much for making our car buying experience painless!
