Hi Albert, thank you for your post. While we always appreciate feedback, we’d like to clarify and address some of the points you made. Your vehicle is a 2016 diesel that we have never seen before, was not purchased from us, was purchased by you earlier this year, and had recently been in an independent repair facility but was not running when we received the vehicle. We performed a DEF system service in which we drained and refilled/reset the system and got the vehicle running. We shared with you that we would perform test drives after DEF service and drove the vehicle 22 miles to ensure it was running properly. We also clearly informed you that this may only be the first step in a repair process that could go well beyond a DEF service and to let us know if the light came back on. A diesel Range Rover is a complex vehicle and we’re sorry you’re experiencing issues with it, but please don’t post negative comments about our factory certified technicians because you’re upset about the expense or process required to repair your vehicle. As far as loaner vehicles, they are available when booking an appointment far enough in advance, which wasn’t done in this situation.
