I really wish I could give 5 stars. There were a few hiccups with my last few interactions with Land Rover Tulsa. It really boiled down to communication about the work that was being do There were a few hiccups with my last few interactions with Land Rover Tulsa. It really boiled down to communication about the work that was being done or couldn't be completed. Left my Defender with them for 3 weeks. Was told everything was done. It wasn't. They ended up having to pick it up from me 2 hours away, do the work, and return it. Had a second event where an antifreeze cap was not put back on after service. 20 minutes down the road right at closing I overheated. They had to come get the vehicle again and return it to me 2 hours away when fixed. Little things that cost me time and them both time and money. All 100% resolvable with a little better management.
