Andy was fine and good to work with. The issue was with the mechanic. The mechanic left his dirty tools inside the car with no protection. 6 weeks they had our car. .. For 6 weeks they could not get us a loaner car. For 6 weeks every time we wanted to know what was going on with our car we had to call and or text .. To reach anyone who knew what was going on. Poor communication Poor customer service Poor workmanship Vehicle was leaking coolant after finally getting it back. It did not have a coolant leak before that. They do not call when there is a delay in your vehicle service. You have to call and ask why no one has called to tell you to pick up your vehicle even a week after it was supposed to be done. That's when you find out they are still working on it. And no body bothered to let you know they are still working on it a week after it was supposed to be done. Our vehicles have been here multiple times and it is never a pleasant experience working with Tulsa Land Rover Jaguar... More
