Regarding the incident with our sales representative, it is important to clarify that he was not authorized to offer the specific vehicle in question. Our company maintains a strict policy of adhering to the established waiting list for such high-demand vehicles. This ensures fairness and transparency for all our clients, many of whom have patiently awaited their turn. Regrettably, the offer made to you inadvertently disrupted this process. Additionally, we would like to point out that the vehicle offered did not match the engine configuration of your original order. Our policy dictates that clients receive offers for vehicles that precisely match their specifications, in the order in which they were received. Our management team promptly addressed this issue upon recognition of the error. While their intervention may have been unexpected, it was necessary to uphold our commitment to fairness and equality among all our clients. We understand that this situation is far from ideal, and we are prepared to assist in rectifying it. With respect… this is untrue and inaccurate. I have previously purchased two range rovers from you… in the last year and a half. This waiting list nonsense may be your explanation, but it’s not true. The rectification needs to come in repairing the hit to my credit….. how do you plan to make that right? Transferring my order to another dealer doesn’t help….. moving to the back of the line doesn’t exactly help. Truth is… this dealership cannot be trusted and what happened to me is unacceptable. My lawyer will be in further communication.
