My experience at Crown Jaguar was a nice experience. I came in expecting to purchase a 2012 Jaguar XF and after talking with Jim and the sale manager I purchased a 2013 XF. The sales manager was helpful with explanations of the different engine choices and differences in the model year changes and extended a discount to help me get in the new car. Marc, in the finance area, was also very nice and helpful with a small loan I opted for. I would recommend Crown Jaguar to anyone looking for a new Jaguar or Mercedes. More

We had a certain color and options in mind and Dean did extensive searching to find what we wanted. The terms were negotiated in a timely fashion and both sides reached a fair deal. The car was then delivered in a very reasonable timeframe and with stunning appearance. The finance manager made this the easiest closing I have ever had. I couldn't be more pleased with the car, Dean, and overall Dealer experience. I know I will lease/purchase another Jaguar from them in the future. I give them my highest recommendation. More

Dean Landman and Karen Cavanaugh were truly outstanding in all phases of our purchase of our 2013 XJL. From the moment my wife and I walked in until the very last goodby when we drove away in our new Jagua in all phases of our purchase of our 2013 XJL. From the moment my wife and I walked in until the very last goodby when we drove away in our new Jaguar both were the best we have ever encountered; and we are talking about having owned Cadillacs, Lexus, Corvettes, etc over the many years we have owned cars. Our first encounter with Crown Jaguar was in 2003 when we first moved to Florida with our 2003 Jaguar S Type. We came into Crown for service with some trepidation knowing we did not buy the car at Crown, but rather at an Annapolis Md dealer. We were treated like we bought the car at Crown and we never forgot that experience. It was part of our decision to come back to Jaguar at Crown when we started shopping for our next car. We traded in our 2008 Lexus LS460 and were please with the trade in value we got. It almost matched the figures we had hoped for. Again, please accept our sincere congratulations on a job excellently done, and we do not give compliments out likely. It has to be earned before we will give such accolades. More

I must say that Dean Landman is a very able representative for your organization, being very friendly and presenting a very professional appearance and demeanor. Despite not receiving quite what I was expecting for my old vehicle, I understand the dealership has to make a profit or they will not remain in business. So, overall, I am satisfied with what I paid for what I got. Moreover, this might have been the most satisfying car-buying experience I've ever had. Mr. Landman saw to it that I got everything I asked for. I believe he went "over and above" in terms of sending the customer out the door happy.
