Great customer care. New 2020 Evoque needed a new water pump. Go figure! Land Rover Schaumbug diagnosed the problem perfectly, unlike the first dlrship that failed, telling me the noise (sounded like a pla pump. Go figure! I came in a couple of times with my trunk not closing. Tony fixed it in 5 minutes and was very cordial. Previously I didn’t have a good experience bringing my car in and Steven helping me. Very professional staff and extremely helpful in dealing with the unique service issues I was having with my vehicle. My only complaint was that my car had to be there overnight and when I called to schedul with the unique service issues I was having with my vehicle. Even though the warranty company refuses to pay for the service, I already know that I am going to pay for my vehicle service. But the customer service treated me as if I am looking for a handout, or as if I want the service for free. Very dehumanizing and disrespectful. I purchased the vehicle at Range Rover of Schaumburg since 2016, and I have been bringing my vehicle there since then, never experience anything like this. I have a 10% discount service, even the so-called manager told me that they have changed the name to different owner Zeigler or whatever it is, but I ended up paying the full amount of $3880. It not about the money it's about the poor treatment of the customer.I am even told that I have an old vehicle with high mileage, so I should expect to be paying more for the repair. I had a question that among the list of repair, I did the MAP sensor in 2017, why am i been charged for repair of MAP sensor again, I am told that my vehicle is old. More
