I took my car in on a Monday for a Service Required light. They gave me a loaner. They kept the car overnight. I picked it up the next day. A few days later, the Service Required light came on again. A couple of days later, the Check Engine light came on! They picked up my car, kept it overnight and brought it back to me the next day. The service manager called and spoke to my husband. He was supposed to call me soon thereafter to discuss, but never did. My car was returned with no explanation, nothing. Not happy. More
