Did not address the problem with the door locks malfunctioning. Said they could not replicate the isse that was happening 80% of the time in out experience. When we picked up the vehicle our servic malfunctioning. Said they could not replicate the isse that was happening 80% of the time in out experience. When we picked up the vehicle our service advisor came over to our vehicle and the first time we tried locking the vehicle the problem occurred, as reported and discussed. The problem repeatedly occurred with our service advisor present. She told us to bring our vehicle back next week for further troubleshooting. Not the experience we expected, and it is a hassle to leave the vehicle overnight and still have to come back for now a third visit for this issue. More

There was a bit of a confusion on the warranty that was sold to me by this very dealership. They said the car would be ready in about 90 mins or so but it ended up being more than 2 hours. I could not get sold to me by this very dealership. They said the car would be ready in about 90 mins or so but it ended up being more than 2 hours. I could not get a loaner car. I had a couple other questions but did not really get a proper response. I had come here for an issue with the batter before this and the service at that time was really good. The guy knew what my warranty was and got me a loaner carriage away. More
