I get better service at my Chevy dealer for my camaro. If you’re dealing in high end cars then the service should be high end. My warranty ran out as it sat in the dealership waiting to be repaired all I asked for was an extended seven months warranty and they couldn’t even do that. I think I’m gonna get rid of this car because I have a feeling something else will go wrong with it and I’ll expect me to pay $4000 to repair it. Why have a customer service department? Very disappointed and will not buy high-end cars especially Jaguar‘s again. More

The screen in my main counsel has been altered since I got my car back. I reached out to my service advisor the next day and did not receive any response. It’s now stuck in a tilted back position and that got my car back. I reached out to my service advisor the next day and did not receive any response. It’s now stuck in a tilted back position and that isn’t even why I brought my car in. The reason I brought my car in (squeaky brakes) was checked out, but inconclusive. They have squeaked every single day since I got my car back 2 weeks ago. I will likely take my car to a different service center for another opinion. More
