They were very easy to work with and very helpful getting us exactly the car we wanted on schedule with when they estimated the car would come in from England. Front end of transaction was easy. They had a lot of enthusiasm for collecting docs and money. Once I paid, communication dropped off, communication points were ignored and I had to pe They had a lot of enthusiasm for collecting docs and money. Once I paid, communication dropped off, communication points were ignored and I had to pester them for simple things like when will car ship?, when will at arrive? I gave up and figured it would get here eventually- good thing the shipping service called me 30 minutes before delivery as I was headed out and would have missed them. Car price was good, service and follow thru was annoying. More
