I had a wonderful experience working with Ken & Angela buying a new Jaguar. The whole process from beginning to end was fast & easy. Definitely the best experience I have had at a dealer. Our experience with this dealership was not good. Our salesman, Tom, was not personable, and seemed to resist any type of problem solving. He lacked any customer service oriented behavior, to the point of being rude. He did however reach out to request a positive review. Just to be clear, we walked in with check in hand for the exact amount of the purchase. We were allowed about a 2 mile test drive with the salesman in the back seat, then waited for over an hour and a half for paperwork to be done. Why it would take that long to do paperwork for someone that didn't require financing, I don't know. During that wait, no one took even a minute to familiarize us with the car technology. We purchased the vehicle simply because we liked it, in spite of how we were treated. The Manager, John Nelson was very nice, however, I don't believe he is aware of how Tom is treating customers. The experience was very disappointing. I would not recommend this dealership based on our experience. More

The screen in my main counsel has been altered since I got my car back. I reached out to my service advisor the next day and did not receive any response. It’s now stuck in a tilted back position and that got my car back. I reached out to my service advisor the next day and did not receive any response. It’s now stuck in a tilted back position and that isn’t even why I brought my car in. The reason I brought my car in (squeaky brakes) was checked out, but inconclusive. They have squeaked every single day since I got my car back 2 weeks ago. I will likely take my car to a different service center for another opinion. More
We flew down to purchase our Land Rover, and after I explained I was going to fill out a credit form, because we were paying cash. We told Tom we didn’t want any warranties, and after Luis starting going over our documents he was pushing all the things we didn’t want. We made it clear that we wanted to make our purchase, and get on the road to get home before night. We spent 2 hours telling everyone we didn’t want anything extra, and that didn’t seem to matter. Then they tried adding a $1000 to our deal we had, and we caught it after we got home. We called, and let them know, and it took 2 weeks to resolve. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this business. Very disappointed. More
