As an out of state buyer their communication has been TERRIBLE. Purchasing from them, so far, has been a two week process. As a customer, my response to anything asked of me has been immediate. I've had TERRIBLE. Purchasing from them, so far, has been a two week process. As a customer, my response to anything asked of me has been immediate. I've had to beg and plead by texting, calling and emailing anyone who will answer me. When I do get a response, it's "sorry, we're busy". It's clear that all customers are not treated the same. My financing has been approved, the title to my current vehicle has been sent and received by them; they already have MY car listed for sale on their website and I have nothing. The only question I have been seeking an answer to is "When will I get the car I purchased??????" More
