I have been to a few Land Rover Service departments in the suburbs of Chicago for regular maintenance of my LR4 and have found Hoffman Estates to be top notch. I felt like their customer service attitude was genuine and the information given to me was honest. They went above and beyond to fix an issue that another dealership refused to acknowledge. I will be a loyal customer to Land Rover Hoffman Estates from now on. I didn't purchase my LR4 from Hoffman Estates, but I will for my next one. More

I went to two other dealerships and this one by far had the best prices as well as the nicest staff. Being a woman, I felt like I wasnt getting cheated.
