After extensive research on various makes and models, I was leaning heavily towards a Range Rover Evoque or the Discovery Sport as my next vehicle pur After extensive research on various makes and models, I was leaning heavily towards a Range Rover Evoque or the Discovery Sport as my next vehicle purchase. I found a 2015 Evoque on the dealer's website that piqued my interest, and used the "Request E-Price" option to get more information about the vehicle. I was contacted by Alex Lamberty, and had several pleasant exchanges via email. Alex convinced me to come in and see the vehicle in person, which I did on 7/24/15. I returned to the dealership on 7/25/15 and purchased the vehicle after the tremendous experience I had with Alex. He was polite, professional and great to deal with in all aspects. He listened to my needs and wants, and made various recommendations to best suit me. I can say with all certainty that while I was interested in the vehicle, it was not a "done deal". It was because of the exceptional service that I received from Alex, that I decided to do business with Land Rover Hoffman Estates. I also had the pleasure of interacting with Lev Akdemir in the Finance Department. Lev was also very charismatic, pleasant, and made the "paperwork" piece as painless as possible. I couldn't have asked for a better experience dealing with the finance office. Great vehicles can be found in dealerships across the country, great employees cannot. Easy and no "FLUFF" I did not anticipate purchasing a Range Rover necessarily, but I wanted to just "check it out". I was looking at a Mazda CX5 and a Ford Escape but for I did not anticipate purchasing a Range Rover necessarily, but I wanted to just "check it out". I was looking at a Mazda CX5 and a Ford Escape but for a slightly higher lease monthly commitment, it made sense to go with the best of the best. And I felt 100% comfortable spending money with these guys. I'm in sales (for my whole life) and these gentleman (which is what the general sense in the dealership felt like it housed, and NOT gimmicky Sales People) were professional, friendly, and very accommodating. I dealt with Matt Z. and John, the GM I think,. After the test drive, I don't think I was in that place for 20 minutes but when I left, I had a lease agreement for a 2015 Range Rover and a very VERY confident feeling the transaction was conducted among good in hands. If you walk in there, you will instantly see what mean. More
