My spouse was not able to be at the dealership with us so they let me take the RR for the day to test drive and show her the vehicle. While I was out with the RR, they appraised my trade in and had everything set to discuss price when I returned. The trade in value and price on the RR were right on target for my expectations. Financing was quick and at a great rate. Everyone was professional, helpful, and certainly there to please. The manager of the dealership was kind enough to stop by just to say hello and thanked me for the business several times (without even a hint of being pushy). I had visited a couple LR dealerships while researching my purchase and Hoffman Estates was the best one by far without any question. David Kaminski, Matt Zieleziecki, and John Nelson made this the best car buying experience I've had in a long history of buying cars. More
