Pleasure to work with My husband had started his search for a new vehicle at Land Rover. Steve followed up with some additional information on the Land Rover Discovery Sport that we were considering. He was quick to follow up without being bothersome. After my husband looked around a bit, he decided to go back to Land Rover for another round. Again, Steve was incredibly patient knowing we were still just looking. He spent all the time we needed and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle specs. At no point did we feel pressured. Once we had made a decision, it was time for financing. Again, Steve was on top of everything and we hammered out the details. Still, Steve was very patient and followed up on every question that I had (and I had LOTS). Once we closed, he spent all the time we needed to learn about the vehicle and get us up and running in our new car. Steve was wonderful from beginning to end. Buying a car can be a dreadful experience with pressure from a salesperson or last minute surprise changes to what was agreed to. We had nothing but an easy transaction exactly as promised with a true professional. The only downside is I missed the test drive. Apparently the obstacle course is pretty cool. I would highly recommend Steve to my friends and family. More
