I was able to test drive those vehicles that fit my requirements. Afterwards, I didn't feel any pressure to make a purchase. Even after I decided to make a purchase, the process was very smooth and met with my expectations. Afterwards, my primary sales contact followed up with me to see how things were going with the vehicle. There was some difficulty in getting my rear license plate from my old vehicle. The dealership was able to work on that and sent it to me later the next week via FedEx. A few days later I was contacted by the dealership again regarding some extra floor mats and a cover for the rear hatch. As mentioned above, since I am out of state, the dealership offered to ship these items to my home address. High quality service and would gladly do business with this dealership again! Thank you! I didnt think dealerships like this existed anymore! This time i did my homework before buying this vehicle. I contacted dealerships all across the US looking for this exact one. At times it was almost painfull to talk with some of the sales people I encounterd on the phone. Whenever I mentioned that I was calling from hundreds of miles away I could tell right away they that didnt have the time for me, Some put me on hold forever, some said they were too busy and would call back (very few did). When I called Land Rover of Hoffman Estates I was expecting the same. The guy who picked up the phone turned out to be super helpfull. Steve Grady was knew every little detail about the car, took the time to answer every question that I had. And it was the only dealership that actually took me seriously when I told them what my final price was. So when they accepted my offer I could hardly believe it! After a few conversations with Steve I felt so confident about this dealership that I purchassed the vehicle over the phone without having first seen it. As a matter a fact Steve (the salesman) was the one who was hesitant about taking my money before I even saw it. But Im happy I did. The car was everything I expected and WAY more. At a price nobody else in the country would match! When I got there they were expecting me and the car was parked in full view out front and had been detailed. The 300 mile drive to go pick it up was well worth it. More
