The team was professional, worked with me on a fair price, prepared the paperwork very quickly, had the car nicely cleaned and prepped, and pulled to the front door so I was good to go whenever I was ready. The whole process was simple, stress free, and fast but not rushed---all at the pace I wanted to go. And I drove away in a beautiful car, doesn't get better. Jon Hert was very good to work with. He took all of the time I wanted to answer my questions and searched out answers if he wasn't 100% sure. He also followed up very quickly after the sale with some information I requested....he was just as responsive after the sale as before the sale. More

When I first inquired about the vehicle I was called soon after by David Kaminski asking if I was interested to come in and test drive. I decided to drive over an hour away to Land Rover Hoffman Estates... which was one of the best decisions I made! I wasn't ready to purchase on my first trip to the dealership, and David was very understanding about that. David spent hours going over prices of different models and then comparing them with me. As a salesman, he listened to what I was saying and was never pushy. While I did leave without buying, I decided after a week that I definitely wanted to purchase a vehicle, especially from this dealership! David stayed hours longer than he was scheduled until to make sure I was getting the best deal possible. After buying multiple vehicles, he's truly the first salesman that has gone over every detail of the car with me and never seemed to be in a rush. He's the reason my experience here was so exciting! David and James, along with the rest of the employees, are extremely knowledgeable and easy to get along with. My overall experience at this dealership was a great one, and I will unquestionably be purchasing from them again in the future! More

Didn't take me seriously! Vehicle sold when I arrived! I would recommend staying clear of this typical Motor Werks dealership. In typical MW fashion, they could care less about making a new customer. Slow to respond to e-mails, phone calls, and even requests via cars.com/autotrader. Attempted over the course of 5 days to purchase an XE-S and an F-Pace Prestige in Silver with black appearance package. Given the run around with availability, the sales person was in training, stepped out, or off today.. etc. When I finally did talk with Tony B. Made an appointment on a Tuesday to come in the next day at 3:30pm on a Wednesday, I confirmed the vehicle was there, I even offered to put $1000 deposit on a credit card. Told it was not necessary, and it would be there for me to view. Wednesday comes, and I was called at 3pm and told the vehicle was sold. I was already 40 minutes in to my 1 hour drive to the dealership. I received a pretty cold apology, and told more vehicles would be coming in the following week, and that he has the F-Pace in red, let me send you more info. FYI, no info was ever sent, and no follow up. Good news is, I went to a non Motor Werks related Mercedes dealer, and purchased a new 2018 AMG C43 for myself and a new 2018 GLC-300 for my wife. Best decision ever! Obviously moving $120,000.00+ in Jaguar vehicles does not matter to this dealership as is typical for all Motor Werks related dealerships. This has been my experience for the last 10 years with these guys, and each time I try to give them another shot, it never works out. Do your business elsewhere until they can hire sales people that give a xxxx about customer service! Great way to start the sales New Year MW! More

Tony worked with me over the phone to complete most of the purchase process. He was patient, listened to my wants and needs, and was persistent in meeting those. When I got to the dealership all I needed to do was take a test drive and take care of the necessary paperwork. This may have been the most enjoyable experience I've ever had in 40 years of car purchasing. James was the finance person and worked with me on extended warranty coverages so that I felt comfortable with my purchase. I also want to note the entire staff was great. While I was taking care of the paperwork, the staff engaged my significant other so she did not feel abandoned, bored or isolated. They didn't need to do that but I'm so appreciative they did. My experience with Land Rover Hoffman Estates was delightful and exceeded my expectations. More
