He spent time with my wife and myself and answered all our questions and concerns. From the first phone call to many follow up phone calls over 3 weeks, the deal was made, and it was easy no pressure. I bought the car based on the documentation they gave and there word on the condition as I was not going to come to the dealership to test drive as I live in New Hampshire and they are in Chicago and from all the interaction with Patrick and team answering question about condition and service of this vehicle they did everything I asked and more. They are the most professional team that I have worked with I just wish they were local as I would buy from them every time. When the car arrived it perfect just as the pictures and description they gave. This is a top-notch group and I would highly recommend them. Lousy and unprofessional. Absolutely not worthy of carrying brands like Range Rover. Top to bottom incompetent people. Manager did not bother answer my concerns.
