We bought a used car and there was a few cosmetic things that wouldn’t convince us to buy the car. Patrick offered to fix them with no hesitation (they weren’t little fixes either). He also got us a second key fob at no charge. Patrick also got us free car washes. Overall the customer service was excellent! More

I had spoken to the General mgr. and the sales person, Jeffrey ,prior to meeting at the Dealership. We live 320 miles away from the Dealership. We had a great car buying experience. The people are courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. The General Manager, Mr. Nelson told us the car was in mint condition. I was expecting a lot and the whole dealership surpassed them. My wife and I found a car that we liked and we started negotiating with Adam and his team. My wife and I left because the car we wanted to see wasn't onsite. Adam was able to send me video of the vehicle and we continued to negotiate from there. Long story short, we settled on a final sales price on Tuesday and we had an agreement that we would buy the car. I wanted to secure the vehicle with a deposit but, Motor Werks policy doesn't allow deposits on vehicles from local/in state customers.... He had assured us that we could come in on Friday and get the car. On Thursday he called and said the car was sold.... Thanks Adam. My wife is graduating from Northwestern on Friday; my gift to her was ruined because you sold the car that I wanted to someone else. Way to break your word and waste my time! More
