First and foremost I have dealt with many car dealerships and salesman over the years. I have purchased several luxury Cars in the past, but never over the internet. I was the person who said “I would never purchase a vehicle without driving it first, boy was I wrong in thinking that. I seen a luxury vehicle online at Land Rover Schaumburg but my schedule would not allow me to travel from New York to Chicago in a few days. I immediately called the dealership to obtain information on the Mercedes Benz E350 convertible. I spoke directly with David Lecinski and he was incredible. David explained the out of town purchasing process to me. David was also willing to do a FaceTime video with me. David reviewed the vehicle history with me and immediately emailed me everything I requested on the vehicle. I did not at any point feel pressured to purchase the vehicle. I knew a good deal when I seen one. During the FaceTime video he walked the entire vehicle with me. David answered all of my questions. David was one of the most professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant salesman I have ever worked with. It is important for you to know that I was already committed to purchasing another vehicle out of town. I was even willing to give up my deposit on that vehicle in order to purchase from Land Rover. I could have purchased a vehicle from any where, but the reason I purchased from Land Rover was because of David, I have the vehicle and it rides great, when the vehicle arrived it was missing the floor mats. I brought that to David’s attention and he immediately said he will either locate the floor mats or arrange for me to have new ones. The mats have not arrived to my home yet, but I have no question in my mind David will follow through. If you are in the market for a vehicle your first phone call must be to David. As I said earlier I purchased from out of town. If you live in Illinois you are fortunate to have David in your local area. Our 2014 Jaguar XF has been serviced at Motor Werks since they became a Jaguar dealer. Our service adviser last week was Mete Oner and he was professional, polite and sincere.. While having our car serviced the idea of moving to a newer model started to evolve. We went to the sales section and was greeted by Dave Lecinski and interviewed him. We discussed what we were looking for in another pre-owned vehicle. He came up with some ideas, including looking at a new XF, as being just as cost effective. He tracked down a new XF based on our specifications expressed to him. Dave was easy to work with, very likable, and we valued his suggestions and integrity. We would not hesitate to recommend him to our friends and family. By the way, we have had at least one Jaguar in our garage over the past 30 years. More

My wife and I were in the market for a new car, upon our arrival we first met the General Manager John Nelson, John made us feel right at home, he introduced us to David Lecinski, Thank you John! David is a consummate professional, was extremely product knowledgeable, polite and most importantly patient as he expertly guided us through the multiple makes, models and option packages we were considering including arranging that each of the cars we were considering we’re all lined up for back to back to back test drives. We never felt pressured or rushed during the complete process. At the end of the day (literally) we made our decision and completed our purchase. This was by far the most pleasant automobile buying experience of my life. I would highly recommend Land Rover / Jaguar of Hoffman Estates for your next purchase, I would strongly recommend you ask for David Lecinski, you will not be disappointed.
