I waited over 40 min to be helped (after my service time started) only to find out that after the last time I was in for rodents in my engine, paying over $500, I could have been recommended a product to he started) only to find out that after the last time I was in for rodents in my engine, paying over $500, I could have been recommended a product to help prevent it happening again. Instead, I paid that price just a few months later again for the same problem. Seemed like they knew they would see me back again soon for my $$$ More
