Mario is the most responsive service consultant I’ve ever used. He answers texts and calls quickly and assures me I’ll be well taken care of, regardless of the problem. My car was in the shop for two weeks for a minor issue, I thought I would receive a call or a follow up or an update as to what, when etc.. I never got a call from my Service Rep. or a callback from the Ser thought I would receive a call or a follow up or an update as to what, when etc.. I never got a call from my Service Rep. or a callback from the Service Manager Rebecca as I had left her a vm. Very poor service I must say & very disappointed for a Dealer. I eventually had to call the General Manager and we had a good conversation and he said he would talk to them. STILL never got a phone call after that,.The only guy who was calling me back was Raffi and he was great.. More
