Jorge took great of us. I had a damaged tire and wheel from a run in with a curb. Luckily I had insurance policies for this. Jorge called each company to check and double check my coverage. Unfortunately , the tire coverage had run out BUT I had lots of coverage for wheel restoration. He helped coordinate repairs to both along with a service to my car. In a few days my car was not only running smoothly but it looked brand new with ALL the wheels bright and shiny. I was thrilled and so happy with his professionalism to coordinate what needed to be done. A very big thanks to Jorge.and Jaguar. More

Not probably but absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had. Ara and the whole staff at Santa Monica Range Rover are the true meaning of excellence service they know how to treat the experience I have ever had. I took the car in as the brakes were grinding. The mechanic said we were at 60% and the Rotors were fine. The Mechanic suggested changing out the front brakes for $2150. I said Ok. I picked up The mechanic said we were at 60% and the Rotors were fine. The Mechanic suggested changing out the front brakes for $2150. I said Ok. I picked up the car and with in 20 feet I noticed the same problem. They then said I needed to change the rear brakes. They changed the rear brakes also, free of charge, however the brakes were changed less than 2 years ago and less than 14,000 miles. The brakes had rust on them so not sure if they used original Land Rover parts. Russ and Rebecca were very nice and apologetic as this really wasn't their fault. Lesson learned, listen to the customer and don't always trust the mechanic and maybe, just maybe check their work. More
