I am very happy with the service center at Sacramento Jaguar. I had my vehicle towed with a suspension problem, and they had the whole front suspension replaced within a week. I have been requesting the GPS system in my car be updated since the first after purchase visit. I've been told - "the system is the most current version; you're probably entering the information inc updated since the first after purchase visit. I've been told - "the system is the most current version; you're probably entering the information incorrectly; I've tried it and it worked for me; there's nothing wrong with the GPS system." I've requested the passenger side door molding be secured down. I was told there's nothing wrong with it. When I make an appointment, the service clerks call and tell me I don't need an appointment as it's not time yet, or discourage me from an appointment. My appointment this week, was the first time I've been listened to and heard. Taylor "discovered" that my GPS system is not up to date. (Surprise!) He told me how to go on line and update it. Sadly, I had to pay $120 for the update because it wasn't within 6 months of purchase. Happily, it is not working. So, for all this time, I could have had the updated system, installed under warranty, but because your personnal chose to disregard my requests, it cost me an additional $120. More
