The worst service ever, I got my tires changed two years ago never check and now I need my wheel lock key and is gone. Also, when I picked it up the Range Rover was dead the dealer jump started it and I lef ago never check and now I need my wheel lock key and is gone. Also, when I picked it up the Range Rover was dead the dealer jump started it and I left home, a few days later the Range Rover didn't start because it wasn't good when they did a full check point including the battery and everything was green, not even yellow. Their technician didn't do his job. Two months ago I went back to have my jaguar brakes done and they tried to charge me almost $1000.00 dollars over the estimate, I questioned the reason and they found the error trying to charge me for a fifth wheel on a car with 4 wheels. It's very disappointing to get this kind of service from a dealership. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CARS TO NIELLO!! They do not know what they are doing and they are super expensive for that kind of service. More

I’ve owned several luxury brands ranging from Lexus, BMW, and Mercedes, and the team at Niello JLR went above and beyond. Steven Munoz was my direct contact for the drop-off, and I feel I received 5-star service! Other luxury brands take note! When you received this kind of service in the service department, it’s highly likely you’ll return for future visits! More
