What was nice he new everything about our Range Rover sport and answered every question we asked and he showed us and explained to us in detail everything about the cars options after we purchased it. We never felt pressure to purchase and never felt he was on a time limit during the new car demonstration. Shane even let us contact him after hours which was very nice because we had several after hour questions during the process.
