The days and hours for the service department are not at all convenient. There are no weekend appointments and it doesn’t open until 9:00 on weekdays. I was told all four brakes needed immediate service for all convenient. There are no weekend appointments and it doesn’t open until 9:00 on weekdays. I was told all four brakes needed immediate service for $1,400. I took it elsewhere for a second opinion. Two brakes needed replacement and it could be done for $400. Our oil change came with a multipoint inspection. The rear wiper blade was checked off as being in good condition. It is actually cracked and hanging down. More
