Perfect experience. Khalid is very knowledgable, he explained everything,answered all my questions, showed us how to use some features I wasn't sure of. They provided us a rental car to use rather than explained everything,answered all my questions, showed us how to use some features I wasn't sure of. They provided us a rental car to use rather than waiting all day or getting a cab to the hotel. We had traveled approximately 70 miles and had to stay the night. I didn't ask for one, they offered. They had the car brought to us within 10 minutes of checking in the our Discovery for the 60,000 mile service. In all the years I've been taking cars in for service, I have never had an experience like this. Very impressive service department. More

I own a Land Rover LR3 HSE and have been using Land Rover of Richmond for service, oil changes ect... I love my Land Rover but I hate their service department. It's ridiculous to walk out of there everytime of Richmond for service, oil changes ect... I love my Land Rover but I hate their service department. It's ridiculous to walk out of there everytime with a $ 500.00 bill and not have the vehicle fixed. I have had my vehicle in their shop for two seperate problems three times!(each covered under warrenty)Every time they swear they fixed the problems. As soon as I drive away the very next day the same problem is back. As a matter of fact, as I type this, my Land Rover is in their shop for a coolant leak. The SAME one they have fixed TWICE already. I just got it back last Friday. I live 45 minutes away and it is not convenient for me to keep driving back and forth. And all you get is a "I'm so sorry from Jeff or Khalid. And don't tell them you are going to fill out a comment card or survey, they just shrug it off and act like they dont care. My car has 80,000 highway miles on it and we were thinking of buying a new vehicle soon. WHY should I pay the premium price to drive a Land Rover if the service department cannot adequately fix their own brand vehicle. Unfortunately, this is the only Land Rover dealer close enough to service my vehicle. More
John Higgs was responsive and helpful from my very first contact with him. He listened to what I wanted and proceeded to locate a vehicle for me. The sales guide was knowledgeable and very personable. The prices of their vehicles were competitive and the trade in offer for our vehicle was above that of the competitor. I bought a new Land Rover in 2008 from them. I am 63 years old a "certified Car Nut", and I can tell you, that this dealership is one of the best I have ever dealt with. Everyone who works at Richmond Land Rover are the nicest people on the planet. I am a disabled veteran, and they go out of their way to help me at all times. That say's a lot about the whole experience you get from this dealership. If you are looking for an excellent vehicle , and excellent care of your Land Rover this is the place to go, without any hesitation . I would out question highly recommend you try the whole experience that this dealership offers, and it does not end when you drive off the lot in your new Land Rover. New Sales representative John is not what you would imagine to represent a very high end luxury line. he isn't personable, almost disrespectful and extremely condescending. He has an attitude and is very curt, wasn't very pleasant dealing with him through the whole process, if you're looking in the Virginia area, its probably worth the drive to Northern Virginia dealers as they are much more personable people that understand dealing with customers of this caliber.
