LR4 Full Service Experience Half of the enjoyment of owning a Land Rover is knowing the vehicle is being maintained by professionals. I have always had the greatest experience dealing with Jeff and his job knowledge is superior. As a female, and totally unmechanically inclined, he is tremendous in helping me understand my vehicle and how I can do my part to keep it maintained. State Inspection and Oil Change When I had the state Inspection done on my Discovery the technition removed the old sticker and left the old glue residue on the windshield. He couldn When I had the state Inspection done on my Discovery the technition removed the old sticker and left the old glue residue on the windshield. He couldn't clean the mess? Very poor service for a luxury vehicle. After performing a oil change on my next service which was scheduled at least 2 weeks in advance we were told that they had at least a 1 hour wait to wash the vehicle. After spending over $160 for an oil change the car wash should have been scheduled along with the oil change and there should not have been a back log for the car wash. I have owned BMW Lexus Mercedes and have never been told I had to wait to get my car washed. Maybe combining both Land Rover and Jaguar has overwhelmed your service department! More
