My First Visit to the Service Department I was experiencing a couple of "issues" with my new 2015.5 Volvo XC70 recently. It seemed I couldn't get my outside mirrors to fold, they seemed loose I was experiencing a couple of "issues" with my new 2015.5 Volvo XC70 recently. It seemed I couldn't get my outside mirrors to fold, they seemed loose, and they didn't tilt in Reverse gear. I thought I had programmed them properly,...having programmed them repeatedly,...(at least eight times).....Well, you know when you do the same thing, the same way, and expect a different outcome,...that's the definition of what ???...Anyway, I called the Service Dept. and spoke with Mike Kulia. We arranged an appointment that was convenient for me... Upon arrival at the dealership, I was pleasantly greeted at the door by Mike. He remembered discussing my "issues" previously and gave clarity to my concerns...A loaner car was arranged and I was out the door in minutes...The next day Mike called me, told me the car was ready...Mike arranged for Miguel, a Volvo Technician, to assist me in dealing with those "issues" I had with the mirrors...It seems that my "issues" were a result of operator error !!!..I am very pleased with my experience at Greenville Luxury and will recommend them to my friends... Warren made the biggest effort to keep my business during the course of the transaction - a much better job than larger Atlanta based dealers. I did keep careful records of the dealer's offer (I think it's essential based on my car buying experiences), and in the end, Warren made sure that my needs were met at delivery. I am quite satisfied with my new car. I will update my review after any service experiences.. More

I've driven Jeeps for years and went to the Jeep dealership to buy another, wasn't treated well, and ended up at Land Rover. Maryann got me all of the information I needed and was as nice as can be. She let me have my space when I needed it but was there when I needed help. She helped me get the right car for me and stuck with me during the entire buying process. She's even followed up with me since. I would love to work with her again in the future. I've never been treated so well at a car dealership. More

Truly Exceptional Experience. Thank you, Warren Sterling. Succinctly expressed, my experience at Greenville Luxury was truly exceptional. This was primarily attributed to working with Sales Consultant, Warren Sterling. From the outset and even weeks after taking delivery of my new 2014 XF 3.0, he has been a consummate professional – thoroughly attentive, responsive, courteous, and forthright. I really appreciated his consultative selling approach as he focused on my needs and requests rather than pressure tactics (and questionable hidden agendas) I had experienced while conducting my due diligence with 4 other Jaguar dealerships in the Southeast. Indeed, I forwent doing business locally and travelled 90 miles to Greenville Luxury. Warren makes the client feel like there is no other person more important than him/her. That level of personalization underscored my line of thinking that “I don’t look to do business with the dealership, rather, I look to do business with the person.” Warren Sterling exemplified this notion, and in light of successfully and expediently overcoming a minor hurdle or two, he unequivocally demonstrated that he was serious about earning my business. This impressed me and further made me feel good about the process from negotiation to taking delivery of the vehicle. As an example, Warren drove from Greenville, SC to my residence in Charlotte, NC to pick me up and drive back down to the dealership when my Jaguar had arrived – for no other reason than to make it more convenient for me during this important process. (The car I wanted with my exact vehicle specifications was located and transported from Florida) Moreover, I believe that the numbers in the deal needed to “make sense.” Based on my own homework and previous experience, I found that negotiating with Warren and Pam Tatum (General Manager) was surprisingly flexible and fair. At no point in time, did I feel any games were being played or that I was being up-sold. Not only was this refreshing, but it speaks to the dealership culture and its team. Even a few weeks after I took possession, Warren has continued to foster the relationship by following up and answering my subsequent questions. I have already recommended Warren to colleagues who are in the market for luxury makes. In close, I had a great experience and it wouldn’t have materialized without my working with Warren Sterling. I believe Greenville Luxury is very fortunate to have him on their team. As such, I'll deal with this gentleman again. This is my first Jaguar (I just got out of a Mercedes Benz E350 and a BMW prior to that). If Warren is still at Greenville Luxury when I look for my next Jaguar, I will insist on working with him. If he leaves, then I will buy from the dealership where he lands. That is how good the experience was and how Warren made it so. Thank you, Warren, Pam, and the rest of the team at Greenville Luxury.
