I bought a new discovery sport which was missing a front panel and malfunctioned two days after I bought it and the service department claimed it could not find the problem. This was an outstanding experience. The staff was welcoming and the salesperson (Matt Orlando) was amazing. He took extra steps to make my purchase experience a better one.
