I initially went to the dealership to have my car serviced and once it became evident that my car required more service than I anticipated I choose to consider purchasing a newer model. Mr. Cheret a serviced and once it became evident that my car required more service than I anticipated I choose to consider purchasing a newer model. Mr. Cheret asked me if I needed help and instantly took what is usually a very stressful situation and made it a pleasant, calm and enjoyable one. Never once did it feel that he needed this sale or that he was pressuring me. He made regular conversation, asked a lot of questions, answered all of mine and seemed to really hear my wife and I and address all of our concerns in a way that I have not experienced when purchasing or leasing other vehicles. During the lengthy amount of time we spent with him, my wife and I likely asked him many questions two and three times and each time he calmly responded with honest answers and never once seemed impatient or frustrated. His demeanor and the experience was calming, which is a nice and unusual change from the stereotypical car purchase experience. I even had a very minor issue/question today (a few days after the sale was consummated), about something that he could have tried to remove himself from (as it was not clearly a "sales" issue) and he indicated that if I did require some input from him, he'd be glad to help rather than passing the buck, which many salespeople who have already "sealed the deal" might do. We had a very pleasant experience dealing with both Mr. Cheret and additionally with Tom Giuliano (the business manager) who also spent a lengthy amount of time explaining issues that related to my purchase from Paul Miller Land Rover and with regard to an issue on the service fees for my previous vehicle, and with advice helping me financially in a transaction with my previous extended warranty vendor who is unrelated to Paul Miller and Paul Miller's profits and resulted in no direct gain for him. I highly recommend patronizing Paul Miller Land Rover and Adam Cheret and Tom Giuliano when doing so. N. Ross More

Service took 45 minutes- great! Car wash took 45 minutes as well - not so great. The car wash was not done well either, but at least the repair was done right. I would like to express my taughts on a recent purchase of a 2013 Range Rover. My 1st stop was at prestige of paramus where i met a salesman who ran my credit immeditaly tried to sell me a different truck of a 2013 Range Rover. WHAT a JOKE!..... Next stop Paul Miller where i met Mr. Adam Cheret who from first handshake to the final signature made this the best buying experience in my entire life. After months of searching I came across an 06 Subaru Outback on your lot. At first I was reluctant about buying a car out of state being from Pennsylvania, but after getting the gumption to take a ride Outback on your lot. I got a great deal on the Subaru and a better deal on my trade in and your knowledgeable staff made the experience painless. I found a car they had on the internet. I made them an offer based on the paint being in good condition. They told me it had a very small ding on the hood and a few small stone chips. I purchased a ticket offer based on the paint being in good condition. They told me it had a very small ding on the hood and a few small stone chips. I purchased a ticket and flew there to pick it up. The car had two very obvious marks on the rear fender and both sides of the front bumper were badly scraped. I told the sales manager I was very upset that the car had been so badly misrepresented and he said "It's a used car what do you expect" and "I don't care if you buy it or not". What I expected was the truth. I thought I may be to have the marks on the fender polished out and that I could get the bumper repainted for about $500. My cost to get back to the airport and fly back home would have been $650. so I decided to purchase the car and have the work completed. Before posting this review I emailed the general manager and told him what happened and asked him to make it right. He didn't respond. My advice would be to run from this dealership as fast as you can. More
