Quality service from a quality dealership went in for a major service - they highlighted a couple of issues, but no push to have them addressed - they would have been happy to wait until they went in for a major service - they highlighted a couple of issues, but no push to have them addressed - they would have been happy to wait until they had to be fixed. Loaner car was ready, no issues with that. Overall, the vehicle is a premium brand and the service Dept performed like you'd expect. I'd definitely recommend these guys. More
Lost a Quick easy Sale Went into the dealership this morning with my father ready to trade in my vehicle and purchase a used vehicle on the lot(Range Rover Sport Supercharge Went into the dealership this morning with my father ready to trade in my vehicle and purchase a used vehicle on the lot(Range Rover Sport Supercharged). I was told that since I am not 21 I could not test drive the vehicle and that if the vehicle needed service I would not be able to drive a loaner. Instead of trying to accommodate me they let a quick sale walk right out the door. As a previous Mercedes and current Cadillac owner, arrangements have been made at both companies and I have been able to drive a loaner and TEST DRIVE the vehicle I was looking to purchase. Had cash in hand ready to purchase and the sale quickly fell through for these reasons. More

Very good service Mike fixed my air conditioner, and then when there was an ancillary problem with sensors and engine lights, he fixed that as well. Everything was handled in an extremely professional manner and resolved to my complete satisfaction. Mike even went further and had a mechanic drive my Range Rover for 30 miles just to ensure that the issue with the engine alerts had been remedied. More

Loaner Bummer I have been a Paul Miller customer for about 10 years. We currently have an LR4 and a Range Rover Supercharged both purchased from Paul Miller. During our recent service, my wife was provided a LR2 for a loaner. I would have appreciated an LR4 or equivalent as we have been provided in the past and expect it from a luxury car dealer. Very minor in the scheme of things considering all the other positive comments I have about Paul Miller sales and service. More
