Rip off Took 2 weeks just to get an appointment. Charged $300 for just an oil change on new car first service. After dropping off car contacted other dealersh Took 2 weeks just to get an appointment. Charged $300 for just an oil change on new car first service. After dropping off car contacted other dealerships, who most quoted $225 for same service. Will not use again. More
Mechanical issue with vehicle My daughter called to bring her vehicle in because her car had a problem. The female who answered the phone was not helpful. She left my daughter on hold for 15 minutes then said you could pick her car up the next day but if she wanted a loaner she would have to drive with the tow truck driver back to dealership for loaner. My daughter was upset. When we purchased both our vehicles there last year we were assured that delivering a loaner vehicle was not a problem. Apparently it was. The next day I called the dealership and asked to talk to the head of service. He took care of the issue immediately. He had my daughters car picked up and a loaner dropped off within 2 1/2 hours. He was great. My question is why did we have to go through the stress of the woman who answered the phone? Why was she NOT a problem solver? Your vehicles are not cheap. Your team should all be efficient. I do appreciate that Bob’s help. I wish it did not have to get to his level. If your dealership was relying on the people who answered the phone for success ido not think it would do well. We like your vehicles, but not what we need to go through for service. More

Sales rep Glenn showed me the car and brought me to a test driving of the car. While test driving the car, he explained me the features the car has, what is the different between this car and other cars I would like to compare with. Glen was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and patient. While I was there, I met Flavio, general manager of the branch, super nice and friendly. My financing was very smooth, thanks Dave ($495 charge for returning the car at the end of the lease was a surprise for me, though it is the charge from Chase). Everyone I have met in this branch has been very friendly. This is a branch with great team work. The team made my leasing process very easy and efficient. Another big thanks to Glenn, when I picked up the car, Glenn explained everything he could think of to me, he also provided me the support info if I need know how to use some functions of the car afterwards. More
