Only place to go for your Jaguar. I have driven a Jaguar since 2003. I visited another dealer (closer to my N.Y. residence) but this is the place to go. Other dealers seemed to know I have driven a Jaguar since 2003. I visited another dealer (closer to my N.Y. residence) but this is the place to go. Other dealers seemed to know a little about Jaguars, versus Glenn Treich who is a Jaguar Guru. Glen speaks "Jaguar" and the other staff members are on the same path. Glen understood what I wanted (in my new Jaguar) and delivered all my requests. The trip (to pick up the auto, from my home in N.Y.) was 1 1/2 hours and so Glenn sent a car for me - so that my experience was then perfect. My best experience purchasing an auto. My entire experience was stress free, perfect, and then to now own the perfect car. I know you have probably stopped reading by now - but this is important to know. Home already with my 2019 Jaguar - and could not understand how to do some small thing with my headrest. Calling Glenn - he did what he said....responded and solved the problem. Horrible sales staff My F-Type R cabrio lease was ending, and I was interested in getting a new one. It took 2 weeks to even get a reply from the dealer to my emails, and My F-Type R cabrio lease was ending, and I was interested in getting a new one. It took 2 weeks to even get a reply from the dealer to my emails, and then that salesman quit. 2 weeks later I finally hear from another salesman, and they wouldnt or couldnt compete with Ray Catena. Sales manager took over my email chain, but still more expensive than Ray Catena. Ultimately I bought a Porsche GTS, but I kept emailing them that I wanted to purchase the tire/rim insurance for the Boxster from them since they were closer to my home. Once they heard I was not getting a Jaguar, they refused to answer my emails. Refused to even sell me the tire/rim insurance. Would never get another car from them. Very unprofessional. Save your time and money and call Ray Catena in Edison. More
