Such a generic response as the same response was given on the google review by a so called Mr. Gonyea. I just literally picked up the car as it was still sitting at the service shop when the bot responded to our review. If they genuinely were concerned, something would have been said or flagged when the car was picked up today. A concerned business would have personally reach out, as you do have our information. Multiple cars were purchased from this dealership, yet I need to reach out? Thank you for just showing the community what this dealership is about.
