My service team was professional and knowledgeable. I waited about 3 1/2-4 hours for my annual maintenance check up, but the entire staff was courteous. They made me very comfortable during the wait. Warranty work , and they have my car for over 3 days now. Didn’t give me a loaner to use. What kind of service is this? They have had my car for 2 1/2 months & I received 1 call for an update. I asked to speak to the manager & was told he was on the phone, I waited & finally asked how much longer & they said he left. Then Ken the sales manager told me just to file for Lemon Law. They can’t help me. Worst service I have ever received & still stuck dealing with them. More
