My service team was professional and knowledgeable. I waited about 3 1/2-4 hours for my annual maintenance check up, but the entire staff was courteous. They made me very comfortable during the wait. My only concern was I was told that I needed some repairs asap and that a part would be ordered that following day. There was no communication regarding progress of parts ordered for repairs and I had to repeatedly call to get a response as to when can I bring the car back for repairs. More

They have had my car for 2 1/2 months & I received 1 call for an update. I asked to speak to the manager & was told he was on the phone, I waited & finally asked how much longer & they said he left. Still for an update. I asked to speak to the manager & was told he was on the phone, I waited & finally asked how much longer & they said he left. Still has not called me. Then Ken the sales manager told me just to file for Lemon Law. They can’t help me. Worst service I have ever received & still stuck dealing with them. More
