The Morgan team is no stranger to Ocala/Gainesville as they operate six dealerships in the region including Honda of Gainesville, Gainesville Buick GMC, Volkswagen of Gainesville, Mercedes-Benz of Gainesville and Honda of Ocala.
We are thrilled to be serving the greater Ocala community including Gainesville, Belleview, Wildwood and the Villages right here in Central Florida. Took my wife’s Range Rover in for service because the check engine light was on. After three days, I was called and advised what was wrong and needed to be corrected. I approved the repairs and costs. Ap check engine light was on. After three days, I was called and advised what was wrong and needed to be corrected. I approved the repairs and costs. Approximately 3 weeks later I returned loaner vehicle, paid for the repairs and left. As soon as I drove off, I noticed the check engine light was still on. I immediately returned and was told it was because additional work needed to be done and gave a price of an additional $1,700.00 dollars(without diagnosing). After several calls to the General Manager, I had service manager reach out and said it would only cost an additional $1,400.00. I’m over an hour drive from dealership. I left message with dealership franchise director, but have never received an response. Everything fixed but the problem!!! More
