Went just to look, left happy with a great car and deal I visited the dealership to test drive an F-Type convertible. Rich helped me that day, accompanying first me and then my 22 year old son (and car consultant) on a test drive. Rich was knowledgeable, relaxed, and not pushy. I loved the car, and then loved the lease price he offered just as much. With incentives from Jaguar, the monthly payment was less than that of my Porsche, which had a lower price. There was a model in the showroom that was stunning, with beautiful colors, great leather finishes, and other upgrades. Rich gave me the price for the lease, far lower than what I had expected. It truly became a no-brainer: an awesome car for a very affordable price, with all service included and warranty throughout. Even though I was going just to look, I bought the car on the spot. Despite my general inclination to "do my due diligence" and check other dealers and prices, I didn't think that was necessary at all. The lease papers were handled quickly while the car was detailed to perfection, and I drove home in my amazing new car that evening. I've had it for 5 days now, and love it more each day. I've since been contacted to see if I'd like a representative to come to my home (or anywhere I'd like) to go over all the details of the car with me. More
