A massive thank you to Dana, the Client Relations Manager, and Rich Martin, our Sales Executive, who both redefined what luxury customer service should be. The sales process was superb—smooth, efficient, and actually fun. Rich was so thoughtful and amazingly a sweet person. He was a no pressure kinda guy. Dana’s follow-up was out of this world. Special person to work with. She responded to our questions with lightning speed and even called to make sure we got home safely. Made us feel so comfortable-like they opened the dealership just for us. We asked them “you do know we’re NOT celebrities right”. We emptied our car when we arrived home to find a hidden gift in the back seat, that iconic Jo Malone!!!!! Dana followed up again the next day to check in and answer any lingering questions about our first drive. Her attention to detail and follow-through were impeccable. We all hung out and engaged for a while. Dana, Rich and Peggy (Cafe) barista had us in stitches. The cherry on top? Dana sent us a customized short film featuring our new Range Rover—with cinematic music and stunning photography. We’ve never seen anything like it. It was thoughtful, creative, and made the experience feel truly personal. If you’re looking for superstar treatment, honest and knowledgeable guidance, and a memorable experience, this is the place. Her attention to detail, kindness, and thoughtful gestures were so seamless and quietly executed, it felt effortless. Though I’ve had my car for less than a week, Dana has already followed up four times with warmth and genuine care. She instantly returned my call when I had a question, and then — to my complete surprise — a beautifully packaged Jo Malone London gift arrived at my doorstep at 7:30 PM Friday evening. That level of luxury, thoughtfulness, and timing floored us. There was even a gift next to it for our twin dogs and gift for my boyfriend‘s new car (McGuire’s detail) to keep up the stunner in between car washes. As someone who’s never purchased from this dealership before (we’re from up north), I have to say: I wouldn’t go anywhere else after this. My boyfriend and I keep talking about Dana and how completely wowed we are by the service she provided. You just don’t find this level of care and excellence anymore. In fact, the experience was so powerful, I haven’t even been thinking about the car itself — Dana truly overshadowed the entire process in the best possible way. I already can’t wait to come back when my lease is up in two years, because I know what kind of world-class service awaits. First class service and sup years, but my latest experience with Alan H and Dana was easily the best I’ve ever had in all my car buying experiences. I I recently had the pleasure of working with Jason V. , an Encore Specialist at Land Rover Newport Beach, and I cannot recommend his services enough. I called with a technical question regarding my boss' , an Encore Specialist at Land Rover Newport Beach, and I cannot recommend his services enough. I called with a technical question regarding my boss' 2023 Range Rover, expecting to simply be walked through troubleshooting over the phone. To my surprise, Jason went above and beyond—he offered to come take care of the issue in person. From the time I made the call to when he arrived was an impressive 20 minutes. He took the time to truly listen to my concerns and then clearly and patiently walked me through the solution. In addition to resolving the issue, Jason took the initiative to update the vehicle’s software, ensuring everything was running smoothly. He even returned a couple of hours later to double-check that all was as it should be. Jason's customer service was exceptional—his demeanor was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. It's rare to encounter such a high level of service, and Jason truly made a lasting impression. If you're in need of assistance, I highly recommend reaching out to him.
