Service person was not very attentive. Service person was not very attentive and was rushing on questions asked. This was not the case in my previous visit. Just this service person. Service excellent but expensive Service department was friendly and efficient. Appointment was easy to make online. Work (1 year routine service) was completed on time. The only downside is Land Rover service is very expensive- about $500 which I didn't like but expected. Not much I can do about that if you want to go to a dealer-- which you basically have to do in order to obtain the latest software upgrades. More
