I was always told what was going to happen and what was being found (though I don't always understand everything I am being told due to the highly complicated nature of Jaguar cars). Having a late model loaner provided was a real bonus as my car was in service for about two weeks. It is usually an expensive trip, but I suppose that is the nature of Jaguars, and if the repairs fix the problem and extend the life of the car, I can look at the price paid as an investment in great driving into the future. I enjoy driving my 2004 XJ8 and am glad to have superior service available locally. More

I brought my 2012 Range Rover Sport in for 2 year service. As always, the experience was excellent. Everyone is great to work with, from the person greeting you when you bring the car into the gara service. As always, the experience was excellent. We had issue s with a leak in our sunroof as well as a starter issue that left our car stranded. Our car was stranded and the team we worked with went above and beyond to get our issues resolved. Recent experience with replacement of 2010 Jaguar AM Radio Module was excellent; Service Center had to first procure the device from non-vendor supplier; they located this part quickly and obtained a 30 Radio Module was excellent; Service Center had to first procure the device from non-vendor supplier; they located this part quickly and obtained a 30% reduction in price from new; installation was arranged quickly and the replacement was installed in about 1 hour. I have had repairs done on the car periodically over the two years (thermostat replacement, new tires, various other things the names of which I don't recall) and I have been consistently impressed and pleased with the friendliness of my service rep, Stephen Palmer, as well as the ease of getting my car in for service, and the availability of complimentary loaner cars while my car is in the shop. Contrary to popular myth, the cost of repairs is not that much higher than at other garages, and the small price difference is worth it for the peace of mind that comes with an established, accountable service provider. I've been converted to a dealership-goer, and I love my Jag. More

I have gotten 3 Range Rovers here and will soon be getting my fourth due to the consistent quality of service, staff, atmosphere, and product. They always seem to bend over backwards in a consistent manner to deliver what seems like 5 star concierge style service. Specifically, on two recent occasions i was in need of emergency repairs, and drove their on short notice. They were out of loaner vehicles and i was willing to go get a rental car down the road. Nick, pulled some strings and managed to get me loaners on both occasions. On another recent drop in emergency visit they took my truck right back to the shop and temporarily fixed the issue until they could get the part. And the waiting area- so nice you don't care to leave. More
