I had some warranty work which expanded into another issue the dealership proactively handled for me. Steve kept me in the loop and set me up with a very clean XJL. Jerome is fun to talk with and positive as usual. He keeps his word on arrival/ pick up shuttle times. Mark, the technician who worked on my Jaguar was outstanding. All issues were resolved. I highly recommend Jaguar Land Rover Minneapolis dealership and would recommend a Jag to anyone. James More

Excellent service once again As usual, the service at JLRM has been exceptional. We live 90 miles away so the service department (Jerome Bauer and colleagues) always accommodates our schedule and even sends parts to our home when they are able. We have enjoyed the quality and professionalism of the service extended to us for all of our Land Rovers over the past 10 years. More

Excellent service. The service I received was outstanding. My rental was available upon arrival. The service representative took notes to fully understand my concerns. trust I took a 4 year old XK to the Jag dealer's service to have a warranty repair done. The work was done perfectly! Picking it up, I was told that the oi I took a 4 year old XK to the Jag dealer's service to have a warranty repair done. The work was done perfectly! Picking it up, I was told that the oil was due for a change - something I hadn't planned to do at the dealership due to what I expected to be greater costs than what I would pay at another garage. I learned that afternoon that not only was the oil change less expensive than I thought, but possible to get done in just about 30 minutes before I needed to be somewhere else. What really surprised me -- I had used a loaner car while mine was being repaired. I had checked that car back into the dealership and thought I'd be stuck there while the oil was changed, but they let me jump back in the loaner, get a sandwich without another word! Trust - a 2-way thing! More
Great experience as always Had my car in today to have my winter tires put on. They took my car in at the appointed time and finished it when they said they would. Both Steve Had my car in today to have my winter tires put on. They took my car in at the appointed time and finished it when they said they would. Both Steve and the service tech alerted me to both the tire wear on my summer tires as well as the winter ones they were installing. I could work on my laptop while I waited which made the day very efficient. It was another great experience. More
