Another excellent experience Jerome Bauer is our service writer and always does an excellent job. This particular service was for something easy and it was fixed within an hour. However, we have also had a recurring issue which seemed to have defied multiple attempts at repair. Jerome was always professional and seemed to truly care in the several times we had the vehicle in to get the problem fixed. He communicated with us extremely well and kept at it until the source of the problem was finally located. We were so happy with his approach and commitment to making sure the problem was repaired permanently. We would never go to any other service writer other than him when visiting this dealership. Poor service after being sold a lemon Bought a brand new Velar in Oct (bought it bc we are having our first child) and the windows fogged up so bad we couldn’t see while driving. Called de Bought a brand new Velar in Oct (bought it bc we are having our first child) and the windows fogged up so bad we couldn’t see while driving. Called dealership to ask about others having this issue and they never followed up. We had to keep calling them to get a temp fix- the temp fix was a zip tie to force open a valve! When it started happening again we found out online that a recall was coming for the fog issue and never heard from dealership as we had to call again to set up fixing our 3 month old vehicle. Battery died and needs replacing already too. The screens change automatically regardless on settings -which none of this should happen on a $90k vehicle. The lack of communication by service is terrible and little customer service- they basically took our money, sold us a lemon of a car and don’t seem to care we have issues after their check has cleared. If we could return our vehicle we would. More
