Service call center Get rid of the call center. Only confused the issue and scheduling process. Came in for the 112k change and got the 120 k “check up” all because of Get rid of the call center. When I call to schedule, would much rather speak to a “ local” service person who “ knows” me and can directly access my cars records. Ended up paying more for the services than I needed to More
Great customer relations. Great service. My service advisor was as helpful and conscientious as always. Always takes good care of me and my vehicle. The tech he works with also first rate. I feel they are trying to do right by me every visit. I also enjoy the waiting area. Wifi is great and so are the refreshments. I can be very productive and comfortable while waiting for service to be performed. More

A big negative I ran into that wasn't related to service, is that they didn't give me a referal credit for a referral my wife sent in December. They bought a 2018 Range Rover Sport HSE and told the salesman we referred them. We had done the same about 3 years ago and received a $1000 credit. I spoke to the sales manager and he collected all of the information from me, and said he would call me. He called the people to verify that they told the sales person we referred them. I did not receive a call from him, even though the referral had been verified. When I stopped back to pick up my Range Rover Sport HSE about 4 hours later, I asked the cashier to check on the credit. 10 minutes later I ran into the sales manager and he said he was working on it and needed a few minutes. 5 minutes later the same. 10 minutes later the cashier told me I received a $500 referral credit. By that time I just wanted to get out of there, so I didn't ask why it was only 1/2 the credit I received 3 years ago for a referral that bought an Evoque - which is less expensive. I feel like they tried to pull a fast one on me. More
A woman of color I am a woman of color. I had questions on what I was being charged for, and I was talk down on like I was illiterate. I was never aware that I had any I am a woman of color. I had questions on what I was being charged for, and I was talk down on like I was illiterate. I was never aware that I had any charges when I was called about my vehicle. I believe they are not used to dealing with people of color and I had the worst customer service experience ever. My sister-in-law has also used their service in the past and had a few encounters with them as well. I truly believe this need to be addressed. Thanks again More

Excellent service I bought a new, full size Range Rover in February and have only 1,000 miles on it. The electronics in the dash and navigation screen were malfunction I bought a new, full size Range Rover in February and have only 1,000 miles on it. The electronics in the dash and navigation screen were malfunctioning seriously and I was not a happy camper. I called the dealer and they said bring it in right away. They were helpful, got me into a loaner car quickly, the head of service (Floyd) was respectful and understanding, and the department kept me apprised of the status of the repairs over the next two days. I got the car back on time and all seems to be fixed. More
