The service advisor James Green assigned to help me with the servicing of my repairs. I informed him that I had the 100,000 mile warranty. He informed me that the system was down and could not search his system. He also refused to call the Fort Lauderdale Jaguar dealership that I purchased the vehicle from to locate or even attempt to locate the information. He showed laziness and unwillingness to help me because he stated "they won't be as helpful to him as they would me." I have a funeral to help plan, things for work to work on at work and after school activities for my son. I had no time and still made the 2 calls to Fort Lauderdale Jaguar in which my calls and voicemail was never returned. IF YOU ARE GOING TO JAGUAR BECAUSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HONORED WARRANTIES THEN THIS MAY NOT BE THE DEALER FOR YOU.
