It was time for my Range Rover Velar to be serviced and my check engine light had come on, so as always I took it to Bill Jacobs Land Rover of Hinsdale. From the time I arrived until the end of the appoint my check engine light had come on, so as always I took it to Bill Jacobs Land Rover of Hinsdale. From the time I arrived until the end of the appointment Mike Mashburn provided excellent customer service. He suggested we begin with the most pressing issues on the car first, then re-assess if more issues are identified. Additionally, I needed a loaner/rental car and had to use the external service. Mike had them bring the car to the dealership so I did not have to make my way there or wait for a transport to the rental location. I really appreciated that gesture. I have gotten to know Mike since my vehicle has been serviced at this location and he is always fair and a straight shooter (he’s funny too!). Now I just have to wait and see what all needs to be done on my vehicle, but I know he will help me to do what’s needed and what’s best. More

Mike Mashburn’s service and followup was superior, which we rate as a 10 / 10. However, we were less satisfied with the upfront process whereby I had indicated what service I would like done when I called we rate as a 10 / 10. However, we were less satisfied with the upfront process whereby I had indicated what service I would like done when I called to book the appointment. Unfortunately, when my wife arrived, they had no record of my initial service requests. Not a huge issue, but my wife less familiar with the LR car maintenance, and so she kind of improvised with guidance from LR technician. Consequently, we rated Mike Mashburn’s post drop-off service as a 10/10, but overall service as 9/10. Thank you, JD More
