Excellent service department. Jawad, my service advisor was extremely communicative about my warranty issue, talked me through the whole thing, and got me into a loaner vehicle so Jawad, my service advisor was extremely communicative about my warranty issue, talked me through the whole thing, and got me into a loaner vehicle so I wasn’t out of a vehicle. My Defender was back to me in great working order and ahead of schedule. I can’t speak highly enough of the professionalism of Jawad and the whole service department. More

My experience with the Land Rover Hinsdale Service Center has been nothing short of exceptional. It’s not often that you walk away from a dealership feeling listened to and cared for as a fellow human being, has been nothing short of exceptional. It’s not often that you walk away from a dealership feeling listened to and cared for as a fellow human being, but Jawad, my service provider, clearly has a huge heart and is an incredible service manager to work with. He was quick, timely, and considerate in his communication—I never felt left in the dark or confused throughout the process of having my car repaired. The estimate and work was laid out clearly and he made it easy to understand. And even though parts ordering added a slight delay to the timeline, I never felt out of the loop as he frequently updated me on the progress. Personally, Jawad is one of the kindest people I’ve had the privilege to interact with at a business. He took time to get to know me when I dropped my car off, and to my surprise when I picked up my car 5 weeks later, asked me about specific topics related to work and family that we had talked about before. His ability to listen and his caring heart was touching to me, especially contrasted to other dealerships I’ve worked with in the area. His hard work, kind spirit, and professionalism is unmatched, and is clearly reflective of the dealership’s leadership and values. I truly can’t speak more highly of Jawad and the team at Land Rover Hinsdale—thank you for working to create a positive culture for your customers! More

I had my vehicle towed in with help from the service advisor and he got back to me right away that they were working on it. He updated me promptly and let me know parts needed to be ordered. Then he let advisor and he got back to me right away that they were working on it. He updated me promptly and let me know parts needed to be ordered.
